On a totally different location, but in the same area around Munduk you can visit the Golden Valley waterfall, this is a relative small waterfall but the surrounding area is beautiful though and certainly worth the climb as there is some climbing to do (on the way back).

A steep path going down and leading you to the waterfall, on the way you will see the most beautiful flowers and plants.

The good thing about this waterfall is that there is this nice eco cafe, where they have great coffee with home made Lak Lak (a local Balinese pancake with cocos and palmsugar) and fried banana (Pisang goreng), it is delicious!

After this you can certainly walk back to the top, please note, the way back to the top is very steep but at some parts there are some stairs, but not everywhere so that means some serious climbing.
